This letter is written as a recommendation of Linda McGonagle in her capacity as a Real Estate Agent. Linda assisted our family through the difficult process of selling our Mother’s condominium in Novi.
Linda met with us after we had gone through a period of several months trying to sell our Mother’s condominium through a different real estate agent. At the time of our introductory meeting she toured the home, assessed what the problems were and counseled us on what we needed to do in order to get the unit sold rapidly. Management of the property had become a drain on our Mother’s trust and we needed to move it quickly.
With her expert help we were able to prepare the home to draw in the correct buyer for the property and determine the correct price in order to sell it quickly. The home was listed on June 29th and we received an acceptable cash offer to purchase the property on July 20th (within twenty two days of listing it). This was pretty amazing considering the market time in the community for similar properties was upwards of six (6) months.
Given the depressed condominium real estate market in our area at this time we feel that we were provided excellent service through the process and that Linda helped our family save our Mother’s Trust from being further drained by the costs associated with managing this property.
We feel Linda went above and beyond in order to help our family through a trying time. Her help in a very difficult real estate market was invaluable. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home.
